Rental Terms & Conditions

We believe that renting equipment should be easy and transparent. To help with that we have developed the following terms and conditions. Along with the standard rental we are also able to offer storage facilities and installation and knock-down services. Please Contact Us for further information on these services.

The rental of any equipment is subject to the following terms of use:

• Payment for the rental period is made before delivery/collection of the equipment
• Rental period is inclusive of delivery/collection and return
• Return of equipment is at customers expense
• On return of equipment if any damage is visible the balance of the retail cost of the stand will be invoiced
• Any missing parts from equipment will constitute failure to return and the balance of the retail cost of the stand will be invoiced
• Collections/Returns cannot be made on weekends
• Late returns are charged at 10% of rental price per day, including weekends
• On receipt of equipment Vuepoint must be notified of any damage to equipment on the same day
